Limited Lifetime Warranty
Revolution Engineering backs every product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
If your product cracks, breaks, or fails from a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it free, for as long as you own it.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Damage from modifying the product
- Magnetic products mounted to non-steel surfaces. Magnets need a steel surface to hold; that's not a defect
- Cosmetic wear, like fading or scratching, that doesn't affect function
- Third-party products we resell, like Hot Shot's Secret additives. Those are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, not ours
How to file a claim
Email robert@revolution-engineering.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll tell you whether it's a repair or a replacement.
Non-transferable
Only the original purchaser is covered.
