3D Modeling
3D modeling takes a concept, sketch, or rough idea and develops it into a complete, manufacturable 3D model with the dimensions and tolerances a shop can actually build from.
When you need it
- You have an idea for a part but nothing in CAD yet.
- You need a concept refined into something that can be quoted and manufactured.
- An existing design needs to be modified, strengthened, or adapted to a new use case.
Our process
- Intake: discuss the part's function, constraints, and how it will be made or used.
- Concept modeling: initial 3D model built around your requirements.
- Review: feedback and revisions until the design is right.
- Detailing: final dimensions, tolerances, and material specs added.
- Delivery: production-ready CAD files and drawings.
Proof in our own catalog
Every new design we bring to market goes through this same process. The CAD work happens before a product is ever listed for sale, whether it ends up in our own store or in your shop.
Missouri-based, serving clients nationwide
We're based in Missouri and take concept work from clients anywhere in the country. A model can start from a phone sketch, a napkin drawing, or a five-minute call describing what you need.
